In the summer, the village comes alive with the Écaussystème festival on the last weekend of July, and the nearby church adds a touch of historic charm to your walks. Come enjoy a private swimming pool (open from June through September) with no neighbors in sight—a true haven of coolness and privacy. Ideally located, the cottage is at the gateway to the Dordogne and Corrèze regions, and close to Brive, a mecca for rugby enthusiasts. You’re also just about thirty kilometers away from iconic sites such as the Grotte des Merveilles, the Gouffre de Padirac, and the Forêt des Singes... A village house accessible via the veranda overlooking the village square; from there, you enter the living room with a wood-burning stove, then the fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. A cellar accessible from the kitchen in the basement features a private washing machine and firewood for the winter. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 140-cm beds), then down 5 steps to another attic bedroom (1 160-cm bed) and a bathroom with a toilet. Electric heating upstairs except in the bathroom; wood-burning stove on the first floor with an electric radiator in the lower bathroom. A 35-square-meter private terrace accessible from the kitchen, featuring a saltwater pool (4x3, depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.30 meters) secured by an alarm system with a pH regulator, along with patio furniture, a plancha grill, and sun loungers. Free public parking space in front of the cottage. This property is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
