The property was nice and cozy.

The heater by the kitchen did not work.

the condo was large enough for our family of 4. the bed sheets looked clean. The kitchen was top notch, everything there was very new, so we cooked our own meals while we stayed there. the location was great, you can get on orange line right outside the condo, as long as it runs (as long as it runs). I also liked the rec center across the condo, it had many arcade games and a warm pool. You can also rest on the sofa or eat at the table if you want to hang out with friends there.

I didn't like it when it was snowing heavily. The Lake Mary road won't be plowed during the snowy days, making public transportation to be out of service, so you have to walk for 15 mins or more to get to Canyon Lodge. Otherwise, you need to have a car that can drive in the snowy condition to get out. The key collection location is also very faraway from the condo, so if you got stuck in the snow, and the public transportation was not running, then you got screwed. The management company doesn't work during public holiday, nor would they respond to your message on that day (which is understandable), so just be mindful that if you need anything, raise it in advance or plan for slow response around holidays. The other thing was this condo DOES NOT HAVE WIFI. It was a pain to use hotspot for the entire family for 4 days, and sometimes signal wasn't great (we have verizon). Finally, if you need extra bedding, there was some blankets stored in the closet, but they didn't look as clean.

everything we needed for a ski weekend! clean and comfortable, walking distance to Canyon Lodge

Location was nice.

No AC or even a fan. All screens in windows broken. Two barking dogs in unit above us. No room on the patio to enjoy it.
