Superbe endroit avec une belle piscine. Le cadre est très agréable et le personnel très sympathique. Nous avons meme pu profiter de la piscine et de notre chambre en début d'après-midi avant l'heure officielle du check in
Petit souci de communication sur l'heure du petit déjeuner mais rien de bien grave, le reste était parfait

Le Château des Tourelles est un lieu agréable, belle décoration, belle valorisation du site en extérieur avec la piscine, l'aire à tapas, des espaces jeux. Belle structure.
Accueil minimaliste et en décalage par rapport à la structure. Arrivée après plusieurs jours de canicule (40 degrés) : pas de ventilateur dans la chambre malgré notre demande, donc nuit très compliquée. La qualité de l'accueil et du service est à professionnaliser (c'est décevant par rapport au reste).
