Localização excelente em frente à praia, studio com varanda com vista do mar, bem limpo, cama confortável, área com piscina maravilhosa na cobertura do edifício.
O studio é bem apertado para mais de uma pessoa. Não tinha pano de prato na cozinha. No banheiro havia algumas coisas quebradas (registro do chuveiro, espelho) - pedi conserto mas não vieram a tempo.

A localização do condomínio é ótima, as instalações são excelentes! O apartamento é equipado.
Acho que poderiam colocar no enxoval mantas finas ou edredons, pois com o ar condicionado o quarto fica gelado, mesmo em temperatura mais alta, então é necessário melhorar o enxoval. A limpeza também deixou um pouco a desejar, mas acredito que tenha sido algo isolado.
