O apartamento é igualzinho ao das fotos, bem decorado, reformado recentemente. Há porteiro 24 horas no prédio, que nos recepciona e entrega as chaves, além de ser atencioso. O anfitrião também é muito atencioso e nos respondeu rapidamente quando tivemos dúvidas. O condomínio é espaçoso. A vista, embora não seja de frente pro mar, é muito bonita. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente e recomendo a outros hóspedes!
A garagem do prédio tem vagas muito apertadas. Como fui em baixa temporada, não tive problemas em estacionar.
