About this apartment rental
Apartment with fantastic views to beach and 'morro' (hill). The building is enclaved in the mountain and inserted in nature. It has a privileged location and excellent construction. The condo has 24 hs security, a pool, sauna, a big garden in the hill and a social room. The views from the apartment are amazing. Living room and 2 bedrooms with view to the sea, 2 bedrooms overlooking the "morro" and forest. Covered parking place. Fully equipped kitchen, terrace with barbecue.
A very nice beach open to the ocean, water is clean, warm, with waves and suitable for practising water sports. PRAIA BRAVA is surrounded by mountains ('morros') and forest. The building is nestled in the mountain and is around 100 m away from the beach.
Inserted in nature, a 15 minutes walk to the supermarket, shops and restaurants. The bus stops at the door of the building, and takes you to the airport, to the turistic city of Canasvieiras (8 km) and to Florianópolis city (30 km) or other nearby beaches like Lagoinha, Ponta das Canas, Cachoeira etc.. You may also take a walk to these beaches. Explore different villages, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy the experience of living in Brazil, incredible vegetation, birds and weather.
The best time to visit is in fall, march, april and in spring, september, october, november and december.
TRIPS for the day or even for a few hours: 1. Ingleses beach and village. 2. Jureré Beach, visit open Shopping center and drive around beautiful houses of Jureré International. 3. Drive to Lagoa da Conceiçao and Barra de Lagoa, visit natural pools and take a boat to Campeche Island. 4. Visit Florianopolis city, the yellow market and the cathedral, walk along pedestrian streets and famous Beira Mar Avenue. 5. Drive to historic Santo Antonio de Lisboa and see the beautiful coast of Sambaqui and Cacupé. 6. Visit turistic city of Canasvieiras, its big market of vegetables and fruits, Take a boat and sail around the island, watch the dolphins. 7) Visit beautiful beaches south of the island Florianopolis.

I travelled with my family for a beach vacations
The apartment is confortable with good ilumination and ventilation, the best is the view
It has a pool, daily cleaned by a very servicial staff with solarium and showers to get rid of the sand when you came from the beach.
The beach is very near, we went walking in minutes
It has a park spot just under the apt. Very convenient
The internet service is not good at all, too inestable, but this is a common issue in Brasil, at least in my experience in many places i went
The overall experience, is excellent, i ceartanly recommend it

El departamento es de muy alta calidad, muy amplio y comodo. Tiene vista al mar, se ven parapentes cerca y cruceros a lo lejos cruzando la bahía de Santa Catarina, el ruido de las olas durante la noche, insuperable, nos encantò.
Es mucho mas de lo que muestran las fotos, sobrepaso nuestras expectativas por su localización, bien cerquita de la playa y comercios, y con mucha tranquilidad y naturaleza.
La atención fue excelente, el departamento cuenta con todo lo que una familia necesita para tener un buen alojamiento.
Recomendamos el supermercado Forte porque tiene de todo y de muy buena calidad, hay una pizzería muy buena a dos cuadras del departamento y un delivery exquisito
