Ropa Accessible Suites - Luxe Stay in Dubbo

Brand new, very clean, decor lovely. Nice touches throughout with complementary laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, Glow Lab shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash, even toilet roll not the cheap stuff. Air-conditioning in lounge and bedroom. Lovely king bed. Car parking easy. Complementary washing machines and dryer. Wonderful stay and would stay again.

Floor really needed a mop - socks and baby who was crawling very dirty. Milk would have been a nice touch to go with the provided tea, coffee and sugar.

Great little apartment with lots of space, very clean and comfortable with kitchen amenities, and storage space. Was really good having the car parked just outside and having a laundry onsite. Even though the site was full you couldn’t hear any other guests and the room was really big with an easy to open entrance door.

We loved our stay but please note if you require the accessible room we identified these issues: There is a lip into the bathroom (maybe 2cm) Shower head was left at the top of the pole and out of reach for a wheelchair user (but the rest of the accessible bathroom was great and had a permanent shower seat). Items in the kitchen are kept in the top cabinets and could be out of reach. To enter the site you need to exit your car and enter a code into a gate keypad and then get back into your car to drive in, this might be tricky depending on your mobility. I messaged about these issues, hopefully they are amended considering it is advertised as an accessible room.
