Supportive staff, helpful, friendly and get contact.
Holes in the bathroom tiles and front door. Step was wobbly. Very old looking. Pillows too soft, no support.

It was pet friendly
The rooms was small for 2 adults and 1 child. Super small bathroom. I was in a motel room and thought I’d booked a cabin… Counted 3 cockroaches while there.
