I loved the location as it was very close to the seawall and the Spot.

I love how it was the perfect size for my family! I also loved the patio. It was perfect to sit outside early morning and enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
My only complaint was there was no window in the bathroom. It got a little stuffy while showering.
