The location was awesome, Progressive Field, the Great Lakes Science Center and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame were a short drive from the house and we were able to walk to many restaurants. The house was very quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The house has three levels which let each group have their own space and there is a nice deck. The representatives were quick to respond to any questions and were always understanding, professional, polite and easy to work with.
The oven and part of the stove did not work so we had to eat out more than we planned. We contacted the representatives, they tried to make repairs but when that was not possible they compensated us for the inconvenience.
