Doskonała lokalizacja, czysto, bardzo wysoki standard, 2 łazienki, 3 pokoje, apartament w stylu hotelu butikowego. Bez zarzutu.

Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna! Kontakt z Panią, która jest Właścicielem na plus i bardzo uprzejmy :) Przyjemne miejsce, ciche. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko. Osobne łazienki to duży atut.
Bardzo wysokie poduszki do spania, nie dałam rady ich użyć. Ale to mocno subiektywna ocena.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny stosunek ceny do jakości i przede wszystkim dwie łazienki i 70m2 to jest najbardziej istotne jak podróżuje się w 3-4 osoby (2 dorosłe + 2 dzieci).
Brak naprawionych usterek na bieżąco po poprzednich wynajmujących co powoduje problemy z udowodnieniem kto spowodował daną szkodę. Jeśli naprawy nie zostały wykonane powinna być lista na miejscu z opisem usterek lub przesłana przed dniem wynajmu wynajmującym. Kwoty są groszowe ale chodzi o sam fakt że potem dochodzi do rozmów na dany temat. Dodatkowo kwota kaucji powinna być zdecydowanie wyższa aby temat nie powracał po paru dniach i po wystawieniu danej opinii na temat lokalu.
