Comfortable place. Good value for the price at athens. I tried couple of places at athens at that price range. And this place felt more like home that allows to relax after days of exploring the city. Close to the metro and two streets away from busy area. Also close to national park of athens and the metro. Pretty central area. Close to koukaki area. Kitchen is fully equipped with what necessary if you like to cook. Supermarket 50-100 meters away. and the apartment is seemed to me as new and felt good to stay in. First floor balcony to the street allows to sit close to people that going by on the street. Comfortable bed, equipped with anything needed, the apartment as seen in the pictures. When i been there it felt new. Lot of space for that price. Nice living room space to chill at your spot after long day of exploring the city. The managment company/the owner was replying immediately if needed... I asked about a kitchen towel and after quick check up - their stuff bring it to me. Good hospitality. And great space... I took a week there and then booked for another week just cause it was comfortable. And there wasnt nothing in that standart for that range price at athens after i deep checked. Good for long stays - And got a washing machine.

It is tottally comfort apartment. I just will say about the terrace - if you looking for a main vibe street while sitting on the terrace - it isnt a main street. The balcony/terrace got a vibe but the street isnt the main or centered one. So it isnt busy street... (But it is only two streets away from a central street but I didnt get that vibe from the balcony/terrace.) Also when the terrace closed(so it wont be open for the street) there isnt a natural light from outside in the living room. Just for considaration.. for me as a solo traveler - some days made me more lazy to explore the city and get out of the bed without the natural light. I wasnt sure if it is safe to keep it open to the street at night while sleeping. (But maybe it is ok and safe - i dont know. I closed it at nights.) *I will just say there is lot of lights inside the apartment. White and hot lights... Different ones at the kitchen at the bed area and also in a sofa area and even in the terrace. *To be fair - there is also another window in the bed area... That gives a day light. And another thing in the bed area there is some kind of "lower ceiling" in the middle of the room and middle of the bed... Just need to pay attention to that - cause i pumped my head maybe 4-5 times... But eventually they got good standart. And the value is great for the price i paid for it compared to athens.
