Eine schöne stillvoll eingerichtete Wohnung , welche einen tollen Seeblick bietet. Diese Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet. Eine sehr nette Betreiberin, welche höflichst um Ruhe bat, da wir einmal nach 22 Uhr kurz etwas laut waren. Diese Regelung gilt aber Schweizweit von 22 -7 Uhr ist Nachtruhe!!! In dieser Wohnung haben wir uns zu 5.sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock welches ohne Lift bzw.Aufzug ist, dies sollten Rollstuhlfahrer beachten! Bei sehr warmen Temperaturen über 28 Grad heizt sich die Wohnung ziemlich auf, hierfür stehen 3 Ventilatoren die etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Wir fuhren die Wohnung mit unserer V-Klasse an, der Parkplatz ist eher etwas für SUVs statt Bus. Gegenüber befinden sich die Gleise, wo reger Zugverkehr stattfindet auch nach 22 Uhr. Uns störte dies nicht aber vielleicht empfindlichere Menschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch in der Nähe.Auch eine Tankstelle ist direkt unterhalb vorhanden. Vielen Dank.

The location was perfect, the view of the lake from the balcony was just beautiful. The apartment was lovely, airy, spacious and perfect for a family of four. The owners were really friendly and helpful and made our stay super easy and nice. The flat was nice and close "The Horn" which is a public beach area for the lake where there was a lovely youth hostel serving food etc.

The steps. :D Although by the end of the week's stay we were fitter, so it wasn't that bad really.

El piso súper limpio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario y muy nuevo. Las camas, dos dormitorios con cama king size, otro con 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama para 2 personas. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Unas vistas preciosas sobre el lago y las montañas, a 10 minutos del tren, del pueblo y del lago cuyo entorno con césped y restaurante, está muy cuidado y para pasar el día en familia es perfecto. Cocina muy bien equipada, pero tiene solo un baño y para 7 se nos quedó un poco escaso. Los dueños muy amables y rápidos en sus respuestas y explicaciones que necesitábamos.

No tiene AA y nos pilló la ola de calor, pero había ventiladores y fue muy llevadero. Es un 4°sin ascensor, eso lo sabes y también es llevadero. Pero hay 60 escalones desde la carretera hasta la puerta del edificio, esto es muy importante cuando tienes que salir varias veces o llegas con las maletas o compra para varios días, pero sobretodo si llevas niños pequeños, o adultos con dificultades de movilidad. Esto no se advierte en el anuncio. Éramos 7 personas (de ellos 2 jóvenes y 1 niño) y por poco ruido que intentes hacer, es inevitable hacerlo. La casa hace esquina y la zona común está en ella, de lo que se deduce que es el vecino de abajo quien tiene el oído extremadamente sensible o bien no está de acuerdo con un piso Booking en su edificio y nos llamaron la atención a las 10 y poco de la noche mientras cenábamos.

I fully respect that the neighbors need their quiet. But even a vivid conversation with a bit of laughter seems to be too loud.
