Lakeview

L'endroit et services. Lakeview est un endroit exceptionnel au côté de lake, dans la maison propre et pittoresque. Le monsieur désir d’aider les clients et de rendre leurs vacances confortables. La maison a été louée aux meilleurs prix.

La terrasse et la cour, l'accès à la cuisine et tout l'équipement, l'hôte était sympathique.

Nous étions 6 et l'hôte nous a fait dormir dans 2 chambres dont une avec 2 lits mais un d'eux été gonflable alors qu'une 3eme chambre été disponible. Cette même chambre à une ouverture sur la cage d'escalier ce qui fait rentrer tout le bruit le matin. La maison est belle mais elle aurait besoin d'être aérée, il y a une petite odeur de renfermé. Au moment de la réservation, booking mentionnait que nous aurions la maison au complet mais l'hôte a été là tout du long. Il est resté dans sa chambre mais nous n'avions pas du tout l'intimité attendue. Ajoutez à cela les caméras de surveillance dans le salon et la salle à manger sans en avoir été prévenu...

It was a nice accommodating and comfortable home to stay at for the night for a solo traveller.

No meals was advertised or offered. The place is a little off the main areas, so restaurants is limited. This was okay for me and was expected, but if you plan to stay for a bit, bring your own supplies or anticipating roaming the area.

The location was great (Google maps is wrong - read the property address signs as you drive on the road). Price was FANTASTIC, I booked so last minute I was prepared to pay 4 to 5 times as much. Host was extremely nice, check in was a breeze. Property and room were very clean, everything is labeled and stored intuitively. It’s a very well-kept home with a lot of care taken, and towels, kitchen supplies, etc.

Be aware the ‘single room’ means you share a bathroom with another room - in my case, a family of 3. This is a room in a house, so there was a set of two people in the room next to me and then another family down the hall. The other guests did stop making noise at 10:30pm when I asked, but if you need quiet and privacy this may not be a good fit. There is no actual view of lake since the trees cover it, but very nice green lush surroundings. This is not the fault of the owner and I should have read the listing more carefully. I would stay here again especially for work when I’m in and out, and it’s great for people on a budget, but it’s definitely more of a dorm/hostel than a traditional hotel/motel/private airbnb. Again, very clean and easy accommodations.
