Location was excellent in that it was close to restaurants etc, but the outlook/view was frightful, onto a graffiti-covered wall in an abandoned yard. The street was very noisy, especially at night. This may be normal for inner-city Athens, but certainly not not 5-star.
The apartment was very roomy, and a pleasant space, nicely decorated.
Sound-proofing on the windows would help.
VERY noisy in the evening and after midnight.
Extremely limited hot water system. Having to wait half an hour to get hot water is barbaric.
