O anúncio dizia 2 quartos. Errado, é um quarto familiar. Agora mudaram no anúncio, mas nos detalhes ainda cita 2 quartos. No anúncio cita localização 3,1 km do centro. Correto é 17,9 km do centro. Casa com ninho de morcegos no forro. Casa foi dedetizada e cozinha estava cheia de formigas mortas, de varrer com vassoura. Carro fica estacionado a céu aberto, a uns 50 metros da casa. para chegar na casa é necessário subir 76 degraus. Da sala/quarto para acessar cozinha, somente por lado externo. em dia frio deve ser bem ruim. Banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, necessita reparo. Luz do banheiro estava queimada, trocaram no terceiro dia.
