O atendimento realizado pela Mel é impecável. Atenciosa, responde de forma rápida e encontra soluções para qualquer adversidade. A pousada fica em uma excelente localização e sem dúvida é o melhor custo x benefício de Urubici. A limpeza também estava perfeita.

Nada a reclamar, apenas sugiro um suporte para casacos na entrada do chalé.
