Fica muito próximo do centro, residência grande, acomoda pelo menos 3 casais tranquilamente, cozinha completa com todos os utensílios inclusive para cozinhar.
Havia somente uma TV e muito pequena. Poderia ter mais uma na segunda sala, ambiente mais aconchegante. Os chuveiros podem melhorar, se abrirmos muito a água não esquenta, temos que abrir bem pouquinho. Os aquecedores demoram muito a aquecer o ambiente. Havia lareira e fogão a lenha mas não havia lenha. Pouca iluminação na área externa da casa.
