Sehr neues und hochwertiges Apartment .
Super Terasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick .
Super Poolanlage mit Whirlpool,s und Bar .
Kurzer Weg zum Beach .
Aktuell ist nebenan Baustelle und der Baustaub ist leider überall ( Tiefgarage , Terasse usw. ) inklusive Lärm .
Aber auch das wird demnächst Fertig und dann gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen .
