Отличное расположение и транспортное сообщение, в апартаментах все есть, даже микроволновка, порадовало наличие утюга и гладильной доски, много розеток, есть посуда. Хорошая коммуникация с администрацией.
Это не отдельная квартира, а часть квартиры, выделенная под апартамент, соответственно стены тонкие, дверь в апартамент а-ля межкомнатная с ключом, поэтому когда кто-то заходит в соседний апартамент, очень сильная слышимость. Плюс это партер и очень было шумно во дворе при открытом окне, с 5 утра ходят собачники, ездят мусорки и тд. Был вопрос о чистоте постельного белья, но он быстро решился вторым комплектом, который лежал в шкафу.

The location of the apartments is excellent! It was also very quiet inside, which made for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the kitchen; it was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. Also, the washing machine worked absolutely flawlessly. Overall, it was a comfortable place with great amenities.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. there was some tiny hair visible in different spots, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the space is quite tight, especially in the walkways, making it a bit difficult to move around with luggage.
