・急きょ予約にも関わらず犬連れ可能の部屋で三泊予約できた事。
・通常のホテルよりも格安で宿泊できた事。
・予約時に犬宿泊費が含まれておらず毎朝1日分を現金払いしなければいけなかった事。
・1泊分がダブルブッキングされており部屋の移動を余儀なくされた事。またスタップ間の連携が取れておらず同じ事を何度も話さなければならなかった事。
・施設に「庭」とあったが無かったこと。
・施設に「冷蔵庫なし」とあったため氷、クーラーバッグを購入したが冷蔵庫あった為、無駄になった事。
・ダブルブッキングなど上記の不都合があったがサービスや割引がなかった事。
