L'emplacement idéal avec accès privé à la plage, commerces à proximité (épicerie fine, boulangerie, super marché, pharmacie, laverie, tout !). Parking privé en RDC au même niveau que l'appartement (top) avec accès direct. Superbe vue sur la baie / mer depuis l'appartement et sa terrasse. Supers restaurants de plage. Club de voile pour locations diverses. Club de plongée. Multiples excursions maritimes possibles. Traversée possible vers Ajaccio par navettes. Office de tourisme à 100m.
Bruit nocturne de boites de nuit. Légère odeur parfois de Posidonie en décomposition aux abords de la résidence sur la plage. Moustiques.
