About this villa rental
In the heart of the seaside resort of Porticcio, discover this beautiful 170m² villa with its spectacular views over Ajaccio Bay. From the terrace — the perfect spot to relax — enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the stunning sea and mountain panorama.
You’ll love the heated swimming pool (available from May to October, with possible extra charge outside this period), surrounded by a sunny terrace complete with sun loungers, garden furniture, and a pool house, all set within a peaceful 2,500m² wooded garden offering total privacy.
The villa features two large terraces:
One directly off the living area, with a dining table under a pergola, garden lounge, and hanging chair — boasting superb views
A second terrace at pool level, with garden furniture and a barbecue
The private heated pool (8m x 4m) includes a shallow area ideal for children. It is equipped with an alarm, outdoor shower, and a pool house with a small fridge and storage.
Inside, enjoy a spacious open-plan living area with sea views (TV, hanging chair, bar area…) and a fully equipped high-end kitchen featuring an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.
4 bedrooms:
Master bedroom (160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room (hairdryer)
Bedroom with a small sea-view balcony (140 cm bed)
Sea-view bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed
Large upstairs bedroom (160 cm bed)
1 bathroom (with hairdryer) and WC, plus a separate independent WC.
Travel cot and high chair available free of charge upon request.
Bed linen and bath towels included.

The house is beautifully maintained and spacious. The owner was very responsive in any questions you may have. The beach is easily accessible by foot as there are steps down to the ocean a few minutes walk from the house. There is a marché just a few minutes away along with many restaurants. The kitchen also has pots and pans and utencils to eat in. And there is a salt water pool which is nicely maintained. It's a great place for families. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We were 8 adults and still the space was totally sufficient. The highlight of the estate was the pool area and the gorgeous view on Ajaccio bay from a little up the hill. There is a shortcut to get down to the beach area, so it is not even a 10min walk. If you like to go out at night, there are plenty of restaurants and also several bars that are open till late night. You may just not bother the quite loud music from the roof top bar that fills the entire village with sound. Johann, the host, was very gentle from the beginning and always responding when we needed help during our stay.

The host of this villa provided easy to follow check-in instructions.
Local information and instructions about the villa are provided on a table when you arrive.
The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday.
The host also responded quickly to any questions we had via the Vrbo app.
I would definitely recommend this villa.
