Overall, the location is convenient with plenty of public transport options nearby and making it a good choice for a short stay.

Communication before arrival was confusing. We asked about early check-in or leaving our luggage and although we were told we could leave our bags at any time and that a clean room might be available for us to get ready (we were attending a concert in London), the cleaning staff were not informed. We ended up waiting outside for around 25 minutes without knowing what was happening and later discovered that one of the rooms had not been cleaned. The cleaner had to return later, so our group couldn’t get ready at the same time. There were also some maintenance issues. The bathroom door locks didn’t work properly. I actually got locked inside and needed a friend to help me. The sinks drained very slowly and the beds were quite uncomfortable.
