El apartamento es hermoso, muy comodo, aseado, con todos los servicios necesarios en su interior.
Es muy difícil encontrar parqueadero en la calle, hay lugares para parquear gratuitamente en la calle, pero están todos casi siempre ocupados. Una sugerencia al propietario seria permitir al huésped un telecomando de la barra de ingreso para poder parquear (al menos un solo auto) dentro la zona residencial (donde siempre hay lugares libres para los residentes). El telefono del propietario que booking proporciona al huésped no funciona (Por ésta razón fue un poco difícil comunicar con el proprietario).

B&B completamente nuovo, tutto super pulito e letti comodi. Posizione centralissima con ottima illuminazione nonostante sia a un piano terra. Staff cortese. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Ho da qualche punto in meno solo perché nei servizi è indicato un parcheggio gratuito che in realtà non esiste, semplicemente in zona ci sono molte strisce bianche e quindi c'è possibilità di parcheggiare senza pagare ma loro non ve lo garantiscono. Dovrebbe essere spiegato meglio nella descrizione perché per esempio per noi che siamo motociclisti è stato un disagio. Per il resto nulla da dire, top.

The apartment is new and clean. The photos match 100 percent. It has two bathrooms, which makes it even more comfortable when hosting several guests. The location is quiet and very well connected to the center of Rome. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
