Palm Tree Villa By Staycom

The location is great. Very close to the city of Larnaca (just 15 mins drive), but a quiet and cozy area preserved from the industrial heat and noise. It feels much easier in the countryside as the nights bring some freshness. There's MAS supermarket in just 500 meters, and lots of restaurants in the area. Delivery with Wolt works great. The sea is also close enough. The house is well organized and filled with modern appliances. You get almost everything you might need. It stays cool with the help of powerful ACs (except the up floor corridor maybe), and provides a shade outside with a great dining area and a coffee break corner in the garden at the back of the building. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. Having two full bathrooms upstairs and one extra toilet on the ground floor is very convenient. A swimming pool, a BBQ zone and a private parking give the place an extra score. The owner is polite and open to discuss any personal needs and problems. The neighbors are very lovely people. A great value for the money overall. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had some technical issues with the swimming pool (the pump did not work well) which haven't stopped us from using it though. I hope it will get fixed any time soon. If you love to cook you might feel a bit limited in utensils. You can find all the essentials, it just feels that way in contrast to the huge kitchen area. The same applies to the BBQ outside, you get a grill itself, but no special equipment for it. I do not personally find any of these things as a problem, more like it would be nice to have things.
