The Quality Lodge - Self Check-in

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem – pure luxury and unbeatable value for money! We are still completely enchanted by our stay at the Quality Lodge! What an absolutely magical little hotel complex. Honestly, we never expected to find such luxury. In our opinion, this property easily matches the standard of a 5-star hotel – everything is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and looks brand new. The value for money here is simply unbeatable! Our Highlight: The Apartment & Grounds As a family, we stayed in the large two-bedroom apartment and were absolutely thrilled. Everything is extremely stylish and modern. The entire complex radiates a wonderful tranquility while being centrally located. We were particularly fond of the pool area: nestled in beautiful landscaping, it is an absolute oasis of relaxation. For my family and me, this holiday was the perfect, deeply relaxing getaway! Exceptional Service & True Passion Beyond the stunning look of the property, what makes this lodge truly special is the staff. We have rarely experienced such warm and genuine hospitality: * Joanne at Front Desk: She is an absolute gem and simply amazing! Joanne is incredibly hardworking, helpful, and dedicated. You can tell in every single moment that she does her job with true passion. She always had an open ear, made everything possible for us, and helped immediately with any request. It is rare to experience a receptionist with so much heart! * The Restaurant Team: The service in the restaurant was also extremely hardworking, attentive, and always super friendly. You just feel completely well looked after. Verdict: The Quality Lodge did not just meet our expectations, it far exceeded them. Great location, walking distance to the beach, local coffee and groceries. The staff was very friendly, made us feel like home and was there for everything we needed. The place is well maintained, very clean, free parking. Overall we had a great stay, we booked a weekend and stayed for 10 days, it says a lot. Thank you Quality Lodge team!

A very large terrace and access to balconies on each side of the apartment. TVs in every bedroom and living room. Wonderful staff. Good gym.

Despite such a large terrace, there should be loungers, not just a table and chairs. The shower leaks. A microwave would be useful.

The room was clean on arrival and nicely designed in a modern style. Beds were comfortable (though pillows were just average). The pool was great – clean, safe depth (1.4m max), kids’ pool and small playground were very useful. Plenty of seating around the pool. Free parking and a washing machine on site made the stay convenient. Reception responds quickly on WhatsApp, and check-in was fast.

The room location (108, ground floor next to reception) was terrible. We could hear staff conversations, calls, and guests as if they were inside our room. No noise isolation at all. Paid extra for a “pool view” but only got a corner balcony with a minimal view – very disappointing after requesting several times in advance. Breakfast was repetitive and bread felt stale after a few days. Same options for the whole week. Facilities need maintenance: AC barely worked in the main area. Shower leaked water everywhere, and the door made loud cracking noises. Balcony door didn’t seal properly, so airplane and motorcycle noise came in at night. Old non-smart TV with no streaming options. Wi-Fi disconnected every time we left and re-entered the room. Cleaning only once every 3 days is too infrequent for a family stay. Staff helped with some things but often made me feel like I was a hassle for basic requests. Example: stuck without water late at night, and they charged €3 for a small bottle instead of offering goodwill. No hot water in the shower.
