    Our new favorite hotel in Chatan and AV. Staff is amazing and the amenities are awesome. The onsen was our favorite and the views from the rooms can’t be beat (we even caught the fireworks Saturday night!)

    We can’t say enough great things about the RIHGA Resort. Amazing spacious rooms, clean and Star of the Art. Great breakfast. The staff make you feel like the most important thing they have going on consistently and not just at check in. I made an error in my booking and it was fixed right away.

    We stayed here during our final week in Okinawa before moving back to the US, and this hotel honestly made our stay extra memorable. The hotel is very new, modern, clean, and perfectly located in American Village. We booked the 12th floor corner suite and it was incredibly spacious, probably one of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The view overlooking American Village and the ocean was amazing, especially at night. Big shoutout to Dennis for the excellent hospitality from check-in until we got settled into our room. He is very friendly, helped us with our luggage, documents, and even gave us a quick walkthrough of the suite and the beautiful view. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The only downside for us was the automated parking garage since it takes extra time waiting for your vehicle compared to regular parking lots. Other than that, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again, especially if you can book it during promotions because the location and quality will probably make it more expensive in the future.
