Ferncrest Acadia

5 Stars – An Incredible Glamping Experience at Ferncrest Acadia! We had an amazing stay at Ferncrest Acadia! We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and a little bit of luxury. The cabin was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The property itself is gorgeous, surrounded by peaceful Maine woods with a really unique atmosphere. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating the experience, from the accommodations to the landscaping and shared amenities. It feels like a hidden gem on the Blue Hill Peninsula. The location is also fantastic for exploring the surrounding coastal towns, Acadia National Park, and everything Downeast Maine has to offer. It was wonderful having a comfortable cabin to return to after a day of exploring. Whether you're looking for a romantic weekend, a peaceful escape, or a unique alternative to a traditional hotel, I highly recommend Ferncrest Acadia. We would absolutely stay again!

The only downside was that our stay was too short! We would have loved another night or two to relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and explore more of the area. Definitely the kind of place where you wish you had booked a longer getaway

The tent was so cozy! Spacious and well-equipped! And we also enjoyed the sauna and wellness dome. And the shared bathrooms were pristine!

I was surprised to find d that the cabin did not have its own bathroom, as the listing included bathroom as one of the amenities. This would better be clarified in the listing. However, everything else exceeded my expectations. It was like being at a five star hotel! The linens were crisp and clean. The pillows were fluffy. The large windows made me feel like I was outside even when inside. The privacy was much appreciated (each lot is divided by either a fence or a line of trees). I cannot say enough about how perfectly clean the bathrooms were. They were spotless and well stocked with the most luxurious soap products.

I expected there to be a bathroom in the cabin. The listing was misleading.
