About this house rental
Simplify is a spacious, comfortable home located on Caterpillar Hill with beautiful westerly views of Walker Pond, Penobscot Bay and the Camden Hills. Enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the sunsets while listening to the loons call to each other on Walker Pond. At dark you can watch for shooting stars.
Simplify is located 10-15 minutes from the following towns: north to Blue Hill, east to Brooklin, south to Deer Isle/Stonington and west to Brooksville. Walker Pond, a freshwater swimming and fishing pond is minutes away. Within 5 minutes of Simplify is the Lobster Lady Seafood Restaurant, LDI Lobster, El El Frijoles Mexican Restaurant, Roaring Lion Farm and Market, Eggemoggin Country Store and Strong’s Brewery.
Simplify has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths. In addition, the basement has king size bed and one of the half baths. The first floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with a cathedral ceiling, a westerly water view and a Smart TV. The half bath on the first floor houses the washer/dryer. Rounding out the first floor is the primary bedroom with a king Tempurpedic mattress, small office area, and private bath. The second floor features a mezzanine overlooking the living area, two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area and a desk. The second bedroom has a twin bed, a desk and a comfy sitting area. The basement features a king size bed, a ping pong table, Smart TV, DVD player, Bose radio, a large selection of DVDs and CDs, two recliners, sleeper sofa, games, puzzles and a sliding door that exits to the fenced back yard area. Towels and linens provided.
Outside is a large fire pit area with Adirondack chairs.
Simplify is rented to those 30 years and older. Also, dogs are welcome with an additional fee of $150 and signed pet agreement.

Lovely home, lovely view. Sunsets were beautiful. We felt very comfortable our entire stay. Close drive to Walker Pond for a swim.

Everything was fantastic about our stay. The house and view were great. Sitting on the deck with time of day appropriate beverage looking at the wonder view was great. Kitchen had everything you'd need. All in all 10 out of 10. Host had fantastic suggestions for restaurants and sites.
