Location - very quiet, safe and close to the city center. It takes 15 mins by walk to get the Old Town. There is also supermarket and additionally restaurant near by.
Self check in, check out- keys in the locker.
The apartment is freshly renovated and has all necessary facilities.
small things- window in the bathroom should has a simple shutter or curtain. And some kitchen stuff like cutter board, rubber.

Inside everything is very good quality and very good taste, it looks as it was newly refurbished in 2026.
The neighbourhood looks civilised and you may walk 10 minutes to Unirii or 15 minutes to Univeristații.
I give 9/10 because the common entrance and hall and the stairs area looks very shabby.
Another point, but that one can be easily improved, is the bathroom window that is transparent and visible inside from across the building.
I payed a fair price, so I would give 9,5/10.
