Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad, tamaño y precio. Además cuenta con lavadora que es muy necesaria.
Nada en especial, Como no tiene ascensor se recomienda a gente que pueda subir equipaje pesado sin ayuda, porque debes subir 2 pisos. no tuve problema con eso.
