More room than expected! The yard and tire swing with the creek in the back yard was awesome for the grandkids. Having TV's in each bedroom plus the living was great . The rocking chairs on the front were a hit !
Only minor issues but honestly for the price it wasn't even a big deal . The washer was out of order, the bath didn't drain properly and we had to tighten the screws on the kitchen table because it was so wobbly.

Plenty of room inside so it would be suitable for a larger group. Three bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses was a plus.
There's a lot of traffic on the road out front on Saturday night. Those SXS buggies can be loud but there's not much else to do in the area so it's understandable. I'm sure it's much more quiet on other nights.
