I liked that the property was located in a new area and a new building. Parking was easy to find, and access to the apartment was safe, secure, and convenient. The location was also very convenient for travelling by car, with easy access to the ring roads and good connections to nearby towns and places worth visiting. We also had excellent communication with Monika, who had no problem welcoming us and helping us check in after midnight. She was always available and responsive whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated.

There were quite a lot of ants in the kitchen and around the apartment. If you left any food uncovered, the ants would quickly get to it, which was quite unpleasant. Another issue was the noise. The area has several establishments that stay open late, which can be convenient, but it also means there can be a lot of noise at night. Young people often arrive on motorcycles, rev their engines, and make a lot of noise. In addition, one of the nearby establishments had an alarm that went off almost every night around 2–3 a.m., without exception, which made it difficult to sleep. Regarding cleanliness, the bed linen and towels provided for guests were clean and well prepared. However, the overall cleanliness of the rest of the apartment, including the cupboards, cabinets, and other items provided for use, was not at the highest standard. Also, there were no shampoo or shower gel provided in the bathrooms, which would have been expected for a short-term stay.

Die Ausstattung hat mir und meinen Freundinnen gefallen. So ziemlich alles war so wie in der Bildern zu sehen. Auch die Badezimmer, alle weitere Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein Traum.

Leider ist die Wohnung sehr anfällig für kleinere Ameisen. Es waren auch bereits Ameisen vor unserer Ankunft vor zu finden. Da wir sehr spät angekommen sind,waren die meisten Läden wie Supermärkte bereits geschlossen, hatten wir keine Möglichkeit Wasser zu trinken. Es wäre sehr nett gewesen zu mindestens eine Wasserflasche im Kühlschrank zu legen,wenn Gäste kommen - überhaupt wenn sie nicht zu Check-in Zeiten kommen können. Ebenfalls hat die vorgeschrieben Mülltrennung sowie das vorgeschrieben war nicht funktioniert. Die Mülltonnen waren so ziemlich an jeden Tag geschlossen.
