Koresh 10 -Josephine suite

In Jerusalems älteren Quartieren gibt es zahlreiche alte Häuserzeilen, so wie in der Koresh Street, alte Gebäude, ein kulturelles Erbe der Stadt, ohne Liftaufzug in die oberen Stockwerke. Dies ist besonders für ältere Menschen eine Herausforderung. Die Apartments in Koresh 10 liegen im 1. Stock und der Treppenaufgang ist lang. Sobald man durch die Tür zu den Wohnungen eintritt, grosses Erstaunen… Ein modernes, stimmiges Apartment, mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, strahlend hell. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl und gut betreut. Der Gastgeber NOAM, jederzeit hilfsbereit für alle Belange, delegiert in Abwesenheit auch an seine Angestellten. Die Lage der Koresh 10 ist sensationell. Die Haltestelle der fortschrittlichen Stadtschnellbahn am Safra Rathauskomplex in nur 3 Minuten erreichbar, die das Netzwerk mit verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und allen Buslinien in alle Richtungen koordiniert, die historische Altstadt in wenigen Fussminuten erreichbar. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In Jerusalem's older neighborhoods, there are numerous rows of old buildings, such as those on Koresh Street—old buildings, a cultural heritage of the city, without elevators to the upper floors. This poses a particular challenge for older people. The apartments at Koresh 10 are on the first floor, and the staircase is long. As soon as you step through the door to the apartments, you're in for great surprise… A modern, well-designed apartment, equipped with every comfort, and bright and airy. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The host, Noam, is always helpful with any requests and delegates tasks to his staff when he's not there. The location of Koresh 10 is fantastic. The station for the modern light rail system at the Safra City Hall complex is just a 3-minute walk away, connecting to various attractions and all bus lines in every direction.

Lovely compact studio apartment, everything looked new, clean and comfortable, extremely well-equipped kitcheonette, and location could not have been better: Center of the city, steps from shops, restaurants, and public transportation, but easy to find on a quiet side-street. Excellent communication with Noam who was a caring and attentive host. Definitely recommended and we would gladly come back again!

There was a step up to the bathroom which might not suit everyone.

Отличные апартаменты! Из 10 звёзд- 12⭐️⭐️! Расположение отличное! Все в пешей доступности. Со стоянками, конечно все плохо, но к апартаментах это не относится. Там везде плохо со стоянками. Нашли неподалёку платную частную 40 шек. сутки. В апартаментах продумано все до мелочей. Я такого ещё не видела. Все новое, все электро приборы в упаковке. До нас никто не жил. Все в целофане)) Хозяин на связи. Застряли с кодовым замком, он помог нам. Короче- рекомендую от души!!

De locatie is op 10 minuten loopafstand van de oude stad Jeruzalem, 3 minuten vanaf de halte van de lightrail en omgeven door restaurants binnen eveneens 3 minuten. Gloednieuw appartement met enorm goede bedden en alle voorzieningen de je nodig hebt om 2 weken te bivakkeren. De eigenaar verwend zijn gasten graag met een goede fles wijn en dode zee producten voor de huid. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine en droger is enorm fijn.

De buitenkant van het pand zag er niet chique uit of zo dus dachten we waar komen we nu terecht. Maar bij binnenkomst viel dat allemaal weg. We hebben genoten. De toegang is goed geregeld via codes die je vlak voor je verblijf met bijbehorende foto's en routebeschrijving vanaf het treinstation krijgt toegezonden.
