מיקום מנצח. נוף מרהיב (כיפת הסלע, הרי אדום, ארמון הנציב ועוד מונחים על כף היד). דקות הליכה מהרק"ל ונגיש לכל מקום ברגל. מבחר מנצח של מסעדות באזור.
כמובן לא קשור למארחים, אבל כצפוי במרכז עיר, חנייה בעייתית.
