Lakefront home with hot tub, dock, kayaks, central AC, & great lake views

The location to the river, the size of the property, cleanliness of the inside of the house were great. The back yard offered plenty of space for activities not including playing, swimming and kayaking in the river which is an added plus. The house came with a few floats, kayaks and one paddle board which offered wonderful entertainment. The home is located in a quaint, quiet area. The neighborhood is filled with pleasant people who wave and say, "Good morning" when on a walk. The home is large, and the first floor gives a log cabin vibe filled with a few games the children will enjoy.

The rear wood deck was in terrible shape. A piece of deck furniture was covering a hole from rotten wood in the back deck which was unappealing and unsafe. The deck near the river was filthy, and needed to be cleaned by us with a water hose before using it. Three of the four lounge chairs were broken from missing back rest hardware. The living room furniture on the inside of the house was small, hard and uncomfortable even for sitting and watching television. The mattresses in the bedroom were also not very comfortable.
