الهدوء والموقع القريب من البحيرة ومن السوبر ماركت وتوفر المستلزمات واهم شي توفر باركن مجاني للسيارة
الماء الساخن كان ينفذ بسرعه وغير كافي لشخصين وتسرب الماء لأرضية الحمام بعد اخذ الشاور وعدم توفر مصعد مما اضطرنا لنقل 5 حقائب كبيره عبر السلم وهو امر متعب وشاق
