Got a refund free of charge
The apartment itself seemed very nice but we never got there as there was a problem with it - apparently a pipe broke. We were notified about it the same day, just hours before check-in. These things can happen and we were offered to stay at another apartment that they had. That other apartment clearly wasn’t comparable as it was far from El Tajo de Ronda and most likely cheaper. They offered no discount or something extra for it so in my opinion they could’ve solved the problem a little better. We opted for the refund.
