Appartement très bien placé en centre-ville près des commerces et de deux parkings. Le système de boîte à clés a bien fonctionné. Bien que situé en centre-ville, le logement est bien insonorisé. Il est aussi doté de la climatisation.
L'appartement est apparemment en travaux car il y avait beaucoup de poussière de plâtre dans les montées d'escaliers. La propreté est juste: poubelle pas vidée par exemple. Cependant, les sanitaires étaient nickels. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires. Il faut gravir une montée d'escaliers pour atteindre le logement puis une autre pour accéder à la chambre et aux sanitaires.
