The location is excellent, right in the old city area, and it's on a very quiet street. We walked to all the places we wanted to visit as everything was at hand! The flat is all well renovated and was very clean and comfortable, and it has air conditioning, a TV, a coffee machine and washing/dryer machine too. Communication with the letting company was also very easy.
The hot water tank doesn't supply sufficient water for two people to shower consecutively - I recommend checking this, as we did have to really rush our showers! Although there is air conditioning, I would suggest perhaps supplying a blanket or two for comfort - we had to switch the heating on during the night as we were a little cold. We also felt like the kitchen lacked a few essentials - sponge, washing liquid, a towel...
