The location was excellent, the place provided a quiet retreat from city noises yet it was close enough to access restaurants, atms, markets, clubs, bars , metro and buses.
I enjoyed the privacy of the place, I could walk in and out at all parts of the day and night. Staff details are printed out in your room if you ever need it.
Toiletries are readily available with or without requesting it.
The place gets in some good sunshine ,with a little view outside your window.
Place is clean and well maintained.
The shower doors don't keep the water in when showering, which wets the bathroom floors. Maybe have a mop in the room to help clean that up or replace the plastic borders on the shower doors.

The accommodation is comfortable, the location is convenient and close to public transport, and the owner is very enthusiastic. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Istanbul.
