Terrazzino 5

We stayed at Terrazzino 5 and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the private parking is definitely a plus, especially for those travelling by car. The apartment is on the top floor of a small building. There is no elevator, but it is only two floors up and easily accessible. It has a lovely veranda and a fully covered side outdoor area, which is particularly convenient for having breakfast outside and can be comfortably used throughout the day. The apartment is functional, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is ideal for a family of four, with a double bedroom and a small room with bunk beds. The sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option and makes the apartment suitable for different arrangements as well. The custom-built wardrobes in the rooms are also very practical and provide plenty of space to keep clothes and luggage organised. The only point worth mentioning, which we already knew about and had been informed of in advance, is that the air-conditioning system is rather old and was not working. The owner was nevertheless very helpful and provided two standing fans, which made the stay more comfortable, although they naturally cannot fully replace air conditioning. The welcome was also very positive: the lady who handled the check-in and check-out was friendly, helpful, and punctual. Overall, we had a very positive experience: a comfortable, well-organised and functional apartment, in a great location and with the added advantage of private parking. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the air-conditioning system in the future.
