I liked the location. Lovely quiet area with great links to transportation for the venue I was visiting.

My door was broken but this was due to a past guest so not a fault of the owner.

The stay overall was comfortable. The bedroom was big and the beds were comfortable and clean. It was a 10 minute walk to and from the station. Location was good and close to the concert venue we were attending at. Host was very nice and welcoming and quick to respond to messages. There was a lot of amenities to use such as hairdryers, towels, ironing board etc.

The floors were very creaky in bedroom 5. There was no light in the small toilet. We suggest having an air freshener spray and perhaps replacing the bin for a bigger bin as the bin was overflowing by the end of our stay in the bathroom. The front and back yard needs some gardening work. It looks worn down from the front which may give a bad impression to guest staying but the inside of the house looks clean and modern looking. We also didn't realise that there was other guests staying in the same house as it wasn't mentioned in the description it was a shared housing accommodation so that made things harder to work around especially when sharing the bathroom.
