Reves au Soleil

L’atout est bien sûr la piscine et le jardin très agréable , logement non climatisé , mais frais c’est éventuellement pour cela qumais deux ventilo dans chaques chambres .

Un peu isolé mais magasins alimentaires à moins de 10 mins . Il faudrait aérer avant que les locataires arrivent et retirer les diverses insectes. pas mal d’araignées dans la cuisine des moucherons entre autres notamment dans une des chambres , ce n’est pas très agréable .

9.0 Superb Liked · The gîtes are beautifully rustic, full of French charm and character, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lottie and Lou’s local knowledge made such a difference to our holiday. They recommended fantastic restaurants, beautiful nearby villages and towns to explore, and tailored suggestions depending on the weather, ensuring we made the most of every day There was so much to enjoy at the property too. We had great fun trying to play badminton and table tennis after sampling the local wine! One evening Lottie and Lou arranged a wonderful wine tasting on site with a fantastic local sommelier, accompanied by delicious charcuterie and other local treats. The pool was immaculate and an absolute joy, especially on the hot afternoons. Relaxing on the sunbeds under the umbrellas with such peaceful surroundings was pure bliss. All in all it was a wonderful holiday , exploring the stunning area , relaxing at the accommodation in our garden or by the pool - just perfect .

Very little, if I’m honest! The gîtes are beautifully authentic, rustic French buildings dating back to the 1700s, and much of their charm comes from preserving that character. As a result, they don’t have modern air conditioning, which was noticeable during the heatwave. That said, Lottie and Lou provided plenty of fans, and by keeping the shutters closed during the day as they advised, the gîte stayed as cool as possible. The accommodation was well equipped for our stay. There were a couple of occasions where I needed an extra kitchen item, such as another tea towel, but whenever I asked, Lottie and Lou were more than happy to help, and having access to the washing machine in the downstairs shower room , made it easy to keep everything fresh. The private garden was lovely, with a barbecue, seating and sun loungers. The only small improvement I could suggest would be a few extra outdoor cushions to make relaxing outside even more comfortable. These are all very minor points, and none of them detracted from what was a truly wonderful holiday Reves au Soleil is the perfect, relaxing, authentic self catering holiday home in a beautiful part of France . Ideal for everyone of all ages.
