La proximité du centre d'Amboise, accessible à pied par un semi-piétionner. La qualité du logement qui reste tempéré malgré la canicule. La cour privée qui permet de prendre les repas dehors. L'équipement: lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. La salle de bain bien conçue.
Les essuies de bain ne sentaient pas le propre. Un lavage à 60° a résolu le problème. Un nettoyage plus approfondi du logement est souhaitable pour complémenter celui de fin de séjour effectué par le locataire.
