    Booked for 2 night stay but disappointed with the service. Hotel receptionist informed iron facility is not available since the hotel has just opened. so i showed it is listed as one of the facilities provided by the hotel on Agoda. Had to insist for the iron many times cuz i needed to use it. Eventually they delivered the newly bought iron the next morning. ridiculous.
