Pas de rideau à la fenêtre du salon avec pas mal de vis à vis.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Großes Badezimmer mit einem Jacuzzi für zwei Personen. Schnelle Antwort der Verwaltung bei Fragen. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur zentralen Kirche. Gute Schallisolierte Fenster. Multikulturelle Umgebung.
Da es eine Dachwohnung ist, kann es bei entsprechender Außentemperatur schnell zu warm werden. Eine Ventilator steht bereit. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kann man rücksichtslos lärmenden Fußgänger aus der Nachbarschaft hören. Daher sind die guten Fenster wichtig. Komplexer Vorgang mit Kautionsbereitstellung, um an den Key-Code zu kommen. In meinem Fall gab es unerklärliche Probleme mit der Kautionszahlung mit meiner Kreditkarte, die dann aber plötzlich doch funktionierte. Die Unterstützung per Telefon vom Verwalter war gut.

L'appartement est en tous points conformes aux photos. Il est très agréable, propre. L'hôte a été joignable et disponible pour me renseigner. Le jacuzzi est bien agréable après une journée de travail et permet de se détendre devant une série Netflix.
