Localização, atendimento de Giulia que foi extremamente prestativa, bem equipado, Apto bem arejado.
Três andares para subir de escadas o que dificulta transporte de malas. Tipo do Chuveiro principal inadequado, não caia água do chuveiro superior apenas dos outros jatos de água que molharam o banheiro . Colchão da cama com deformação central.

Good location between train station and centre of Verona. Comfortable bed, nice balcony. Modern decor. Good to have a washing machine and dishwasher.
As it’s close to the train tracks can be a bit noisy and there is a family with young kids upstairs. The shower is on the small side. No hot water for the first 4 days and the host was unable to offer an alternative place to shower or accommodation, refunded for only 1 night . Kitchen could do with tea towels and we were only given one washing machine tablet and one roll of toilet paper for a 10 day stay.
