Great location between 2 trams on St Kilda Rd and Chapel st - easy to get around. Very comfortable apartment for 2 adults, 1 child. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Car park included in price (tight space but fine for small car).
The TV did not work and it was difficult communicating with the owner. It felt like the responses we received were AI generated and didn't always make sense, or they were repetitive. The TV issue was not resolved during our 2 night stay.

Excellent communication with the owner. He was quick to reply! The location is perfect for the AusGP! And close to a lot of food delivery places.
This is also a residential building and the young neighbour’s had a party one night that went from 5pm to 6am. Which is no fault of the owner of this property and unavoidable. Just something to be aware of that you will be staying next to people who live there.
